WENLIGN WANSHUN ELECTROMECHANICS MANUFACTURE Co., Ltd established in 1990′s as a SINO-US joint venture firm, which located in Wenling Economic Zone, Wenling city, Zhejiang proovince, China.
By now, WANSHUN has become one of the leading companies engaing in designing, manufacturing and marketing in various styles of motion pictures including Waterfall pictures, LED light pictures, electronic fiber pictures for indoor advertising uasage. We have excellent experience in cooperating with supermarket such as Kmart, Spencar.
In 2006, the company has pushed onward with all our strength to the welding machine R&D and the manufacturing. We have brought in the advanced welding machine production equipment and the assembly line. 45000 square meter modernization workshops was set up. More than 50 PCS domestic and foreign advanced automatic and the semiautomatic numerical control equipment and the instrumenta has been put into plants, which enjoys 300, 000 PCS welding machine production capacity. The company has the strong inverter welding machine technology development strength and the strict quality control system. The production adopts the Japanese lean production management pattern. The workshop are all enclosed modernization workshop, with 5 INVERTER DC electronic circuit board assembling, complete machine installment production assembly lines, 2 AC welding machine assembly assembly lines, 1 CO2 welding and the plasma cutter installs assembly line. There are 600 staffs, including 30 engineers and technicial people in R&D and 20 senior administrative personnel, 20 people in sales department. There are gathering large quantities of welding machine raw material processing enterprise, which has guarnteed the stable supplying system, the fast delivery and competive price.
The major products are as follows: MMA, STICK, INVERTER, TIG, PLASMA\MIG/MAG\SPOT\BATTERY CHARGER\MMA/TIG/PLASMA. The Smarter tools brand welding machines enjoys good reputation in domestic and oversea market by continuing innovation and actively participating in the market competition. The sales network covers Asia, Middle East, Europe, Austrilia, USA. Many of our products has obtained CE, GS, RoHS, EMC certificates.
